张稚雅讲师: 2000-2004年就读于兰州大学 物理科学与技术学院 材料物理专业,2004年6月本科毕业并获得理学学士学位,通过推荐免试于同年9月在兰州大学以硕博连读方式攻读博士学位,2009年6月于兰州大学 材料物理与化学专业 博士毕业并获得工学博士学位,2009年7月起至今为兰州大学 物理科学与技术学院研究人员、讲师。2011年9月获韩国高等教育财团资助在韩从事宽带隙高介电材料的第一原理与分子动力学计算的访问学者研究工作,研究期限为2011年9月至2012年8月。截至目前,作为项目组主要成员参与了课题组研究项目 “863”计划 (2003AA324020, 已完成)、教育部博士点基金 (20040730019, 已完成)、国家自然基金面上项目 (50272026, 已完成)、新世纪人才计划 (04-0978, 已完成),作为主要项目组成员参与了与深圳思达光电公司 (0712226100023, 已完成)、作为二级项目负责人 (项目经理) 参与了与厦门通士达公司(773-432310, 已完成) 合作开展的发光材料的产学研研究项目,开展了大量的真空紫外发光材料的相关研究。目前作为项目组主要成员正在参与国作为项目负责人已完成兰州大学交叉学科青年创新研究基金 (《高效真空紫外发光材料的d电子态研究》, LZUJC200906, 2010年1月—2012年4月),主持并正在执行国家自然科学基金一项 (51202099, 2013年1月—2015年12月)。获得已授权中国发明专利1项,已独立发表科技论文11篇,合作发表科技论文7篇。

 
 
研究方向 Research interests

1, Materials for new generation nanoelectronic and photoelectronic devices including nano quantum cutting thin films for high efficient solar cells.
2, DFT theoretical calculation of electronic structure of materials including carbon nano-tubes and graphene.
3, Science and technology of display and lightning materials including PDPs and LED.
